This PR sets up for the release of 0.2.0

@agoose77 we would love to make use of the new minimal theme on our projects so I have put together a new release and updated the CHANGELOG file. Are you happy for me to go ahead?

@mmcky of course! Please don't ask for my confirmation in future unless you'd benefit from a second pair of eyes; you're an expert in this code-base and I don't want to block you, so I'm optimising for throughput! :)
