Option to not load the CSS

Hi 👋 Thanks for creating this excellent extension!

I'm using sphinx-tabs in one of my projects, but I'd prefer not to load the extension's tabs.css file but my custom CSS rules. The workaround that I found is overwriting the rules in the theme's CSS using the !important selector. However, I'd like to prevent using this selector and make the site slightly faster by loading fewer files.

Do you know a way to disable loading tabs.css with the extension as is? If not, I'd not mind submitting a PR.
