Fan controls doesnt change RPM #2012

Describe the bug Manual setting for fan doesn't set desired RPM. It still seems to be controled by system, not by Stats setting.

@exelban actually, this is kind of your killer feature. many people install Stats because of fan control options. it greatly improves mac performance by lowering cpu temperature.

without fan control my mac always near 100 degrees, so I used Stats for many years, always setting maximum fan speed and reducing CPU heat to 60 degrees - less lag, less freezes.
