I am trying to use source record to capture a 256x240 source. However, when finalizing, the final file is quite blurry. If I had to guess, I would think it has something to do with me needing to use the I444 Color Format. Originally, recording my source alone using OBS in the default color format returned similar video recording results to source-record

OBS Recording via YouTube Source-Record Recording via YouTube Recordings upscaled to 1080p using VirtualDub2, then re-encoded using handbrake before uploading to YT. Results seen here are consistent with original files.
