[Bug] Saving replay buffer stops working after source closes

If using the replay buffer on the source record filter on a game capture, when the game closes then the hotkey to save a replay will no longer work. The 2 ways I've found to get it working again are:

• Leaving the game running and rebooting OBS entirely
• Toggling the replay buffer checkbox off and back on like seen in the screenshot

Steps to recreate:

• Have a hotkey set up to save replay for source record
• Assign source record filter to game capture
• have the game running
• Press the save replay hotkey to make sure the replay file saves properly
• Close the game
• Start the game back up
• Press the save replay hotkey and it the replay files are no longer saved upon hotkey press

I think it has something to do with game capture as I am also facing an issue where the recording stops whenever the game being captured is closed. Resulting for the video output to only record up to the point where the game was closed.
