[Feature request] Stream image and sound via usb connected to dock #231

I was thinking of putting the switch in the dock so that the image could be seen via usb from the dock connected by cable.

That is not possible as the switch os does not allow that currently. Also would require usb A to A cables which are out of spec and don't really work for anything except specific interfaces.
