Failing to use a trusted SSL certificate #145

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Register a free SSL certificate on Comodo.com for a domain.
2. Concatenate private key, domain certificate and CA-bundle provided in their
ZIP archive.
3. Copy the result into /var/lib/shellinabox/certificate.pem, then start the
‘shellinabox’ service.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Instead of warning-free HTTPS connection, there occurs an error about
establishing a secure connection when connecting to the used domain. Chrome
browser indicates it is ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Shell in a Box 2.10 i386 Debian package on 32-bit Debian GNU/Linux 6.0.2.
