As a Kotlin mentor, I see the pending queue growing ... So I decide to replace a part of my "job" (not a job, maybe more a mission ... ) by using an auto-mentoring application.

I use Kotlin and wrote a POC using arrow (functional programming) to have a modular application for all exercice (two-fer for the moment it would be great !!)

I think for the two-fer (only approve_optimal) it's done @80%

Let me see if it's possible to add this kotlin analyzer
