When I get notified that a comment was made on a blog post on the website, the anchor part of that comment is broken: In my example, https://exercism.io/blog/whats-next-for-exercism-aug-2019#comment-29 should have been https://exercism.io/blog/whats-next-for-exercism-aug-2019#blog-comment-29
The anchor should be "blog-comment-29" and not "comment-29", or the anchor on the website should be reverted to "comment-29" to make the notifications fit. Whichever is most convenient.
