Edited an invalid syntax expression: bool eq3 == 3; // false, integer comparison in order to make it valid: bool eq3 = 2 == 3; // false, integer comparison

Thanks for catching this. Would you please fix the same in https://github.com/exercism/cpp/blob/1b221ff84cf007789102f2c8ea2308736f0502ce/exercises/concept/vehicle-purchase/.docs/introduction.md?plain=1#L30 as well?
