Use generic test runner entry in docker-compose.full.yml #20

Replace https://github.com/exercism/development-environment/blob/master/docker-compose-full.yml#L110-L115 with a generic-test-runner entry. This also applies to representers and analyzers

You might even get away with generic-tooling that covers all three, as they share the same spec.
