`erlfmt` check fails on CI #39

erlfmt currently fails because the output of erlfmt in older versions seems to be different from the result in the current version.

Therefore we have to:

[ ] find a way to pin the version of the erlfmt plugin in the rebar.config
[ ] re-run formatting for the full codebase
