That refers to the labels you can assign to PRs and issues in this repo. The rep series of labels award different reputation on the Exercism website. An unlabeled PR is 12 rep, but the other amounts are listed in https://exercism.org/docs/using/product/reputation with common examples for when certain labels might be appropriate. It's not a big deal and not required to use, but I do label my own tracks' PRs.
