Hamming: gofmt #86

On hamming exalysis does not recommend approval if the code is not formatted. But that is not clear for the text to the student. It should be added as a TODO to make very clear what the condition for approval is.

Obsolete: go-analyzer considers gofmt and golint to be mandatory on all exercises
