Add type definition step to instructions #2689

Why

I felt like something was missing as I was going through this exercise. The comments at the top of chessboard_test.go clarified that two new types had to be created. I felt like it might help Go-newbies like me.

Considerations

I am not sure if this will make the exercise too easy.
