Relatively quick fix to update homebrew install #129

Previous instructions used a ruby command to install: brew now installs with bash.

Removes some old images. I replaced then with code blocks to show what's in the terminal.

The contents/mac/install_homebrew_troubleshooting.tw2 page had no useful information so I removed it.

Importantly, I replace the gitter.im link with a link to the forum.

https://github.com/exercism/website-copy/pull/2241 has been opened to update the actual contents. We'll need to wait for @iHiD or @kytrinyx to approve.
