Document process for getting changes into prod #64

I've added a quick bit of documentation for how to get these changes into production so that we're not relying on tribal knowledge.

@kytrinyx I fear there was another crucial step that removed a problem that caused the above steps to break once the walkthrough hit production :)

@kntsoriano Could you confirm pls? I remember you were having to do magic last time I looked at this.

@kntsoriano Is my comment above related to https://github.com/exercism/interactive-cli-walkthrough/pull/67 - if so, and we can't compile without manual interaction, can you update the README to clarify this so we don't break the walkthrough again pls :)
