@kytrinyx , I haven't made any changes from the newsletter, just converted it to markdown.

I am not really sure if that's the best way to add it to the docs. 🤔

@OrthoDex I think this is a great start! We're going to eventually figure out the best place for everything, but even just getting it written down where people can find it is useful.

We do have the Language Hunters and fluency stuff in https://github.com/exercism/docs/blob/master/about/goal-of-exercism.md - what do you think of pointing this file to that one with a one-line summary of the idea instead of duplicating it in detail?
