Adding document on updating exercise test suites in you-can-help directory within the docs repository, this document has been extracted from CONTRIBUTING.md file of exercism/problem-specificiations according to the issue exercism/docs#28 . Thank you for giving me opportunity to contribute to the amazing exercism project. Looking forward to make more contributions to exercism.
