@ErikSchierboom I believe the fix to hello-world (missing config) is necessary before launch

I just purged any hello-world changes other than moving the example. I don't know what happened... now this PR is just a copy of https://github.com/exercism/lfe/pull/113/files, but without conflicts 🙈
