Chore(LICENSE): Change from MIT to AGPLv3 #25

We are changing all tooling to use AGPL instead of MIT to protect ourselves against proprietisation. Please see https://github.com/exercism/exercism/issues/5334 for context.

@ee7 and @ynfle - please can you both confirm you are happy as the two other contributors. Thank you :)
