Fork palindrome-products and grade-school descriptions #239

This overrides the description.md so that generating the README doesn't include unnecessary content (grade-school) or override the OCaml-specific content (palindrome-products).

This should get merged before https://github.com/exercism/ocaml/pull/236 so that we can rebase the other one onto the newest master.
