Use the mentoring tables as inspiration (try and keep these relatively consistent so if you want to change things, refactor both) - don't over-DRY it though.
We'll also add a toggle for "I mentored this"

Representation.feedback_type.nil? means: representation has not been processed yet

Store num_times_used for representation in DB (do it in the background).
