[x] I've also not yet been able to test the rendering of the transcript on the story page

[ ] I've not yet added the caching. For that I'd needed to convert the code to a ViewComponent I think to move the loading from the controller to the ViewComponent, as otherwise the data would still be fetched

[x] Also, the background for the swag section isn't great IMHO

@ErikSchierboom I'll need some help getting the description and topic category for each language in the forum.

each language will have a dedicated 'Sub-Category' nested within the over-arching 'Programming' category.
each language will have a description that is specific to the language

apparently we can write a script that will create each language sub category and populate the description.

@iHiD mentioned that we could use the Discourse API and a script to be able to populate the forum with all the languages we have on Exercism.

@ErikSchierboom So my take on what we need:

For each track (active or inactive), create a "category" (with the title as per the track) with the URL slug being the handle
For each category, a corresponding "topic" is automatically created (I presume this will also happen through the API as this topic seems to be magical and important). The copy of that should be changed to be the same as the JavaScript one above with the words subbed.
