Thanks for starting on the upgrade from 0.14.x! I never got around to it and am short on time at the moment. As you can see there is still some work to be done to get the exercise solutions updated as well. Hopefully I'll have some time in a couple of weeks.

@emiel Yeah, sorry for a pull request sent too early - I misread the Configlet CI action and thought the actual build / test CI action completed fine...

Anyway, this should be good now - please check and let me know if there's something you'd like me to correct before merging.
