Need a mentor to review my work to proceed further. #91

I need for some mentor to review my submission, otherwise I can't proceed. I don't want to be demanding and have great respect for mentors, if there's a shortage I can understand and switch to "self paced" mode. However, if there's a bug in the system because of which my submissions do not show up in the right place, I would love to report and continue learning in mentored mode.

Track: Elm Exercise: Sum Of Multiples

My problem is similar to, and hence copy paster from: https://github.com/exercism/support/issues/28
