This PR presents some mostly small tweaks to the generated concept introduction files to hopefully make them more suitable.
The largest change was for the lambda list concept which didn't have a properly formatted section in the exercise's introduction.md to begin with.
This PR does not pretend to fix all problems with the concepts' introduction files, it is only intended to make a first pass after they were generated to bring them up to a first or second draft level of quality.
