[TypeScript] Update docs #3021

When we'll explode this repo back to the track repos, we'll copy the contents of the docs folder from v3 to the track repo. This PR applies the changes made in the track repo to this repo.

No idea. I just copied the files from the TypeScript repo. I've correct it.
