Icon is missing in "TOP SECRET" learning excercise. #97

A default icon is displayed with the "top secret" learning excercise, found in https://exercism.org/tracks/elixir/exercises/top-secret . In https://github.com/exercism/website-icons/tree/main/exercises svg file is missing.
