Discuss handelling of registration error propogation with Karen and Mike #32

We think that it makes sense to include the registration error term (where specified) within the quadrature, rather than mixing quadrature and additive propogation?

user defined t value and reg error value can now be user defined. for the immediate work we need I think what we ahve is fine but there is defintely scope to allow for a choice of LOD equations...

No The readme for the package is very sparse so will need to add this shortly. Agree it's worth leaving open.
