In 3.19 Kalandra, Path of Exile swapped some of the roles of exalted and divine orbs around such that divines have become the new de-facto currency for pricing items that are between chaos and mirror tier.
This PR adjusted better-trading accordingly by:
Changing the equivalent-pricings enhancer to use Divine Orbs instead of Exalted Orbs
Adding the divine orb to the list of item icons usable for bookmarks (I left the exalt in place for backcompat)
Verified that make test passes after changes and that the divine orb is now used for comparisons in a dev build:
