[Help] First time running and I get this error

I need Help.

This is my first time running the program and I get this error when attempting to download a video. 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0x85 in position 34: invalid start byte I do not have a paid account yet, I am just testing out the program to get a feel for it before signing up. Is this related to the not having access to the service? Thanks guys.

I solved it by creating an account and signing in, so that's solved. However I am also trying to figure out how to download in flac, everything is downloading as m4a. What setting should I set?

just go to 'preferences' and check 'extract_flac'...
