Search by more than just title #112

Ideally a basic search would be title OR author, but it’d be nice to search by ISBN too, and maybe more.

I know OpenLibrary has a Goodreads ID too, so while I don’t want to directly connect to them it could be useful (especially for importing) to search using their id.
