Include subtitle when found #117

From a search for "the adventure zone", a book which isn't returned in our results:

   "subtitle": "Murder on the Rockport Limited!",
   "has_fulltext": false,
   "title": "The Adventure Zone",

The actual title as I'd expect it is "The Adventure Zone: Murder on the Rockport Limited!"
