How to properly remove the addon ?

The addon doesn't seem to be 100% bulletproof as some desktop browser users are getting the "mobile" view.

We removed the addon using addon script, but the portal layout is screwed up. Showing a Portlet unavailable on the top left corner.

We can't seem to find it when modifying site layout or page layout.

How do we remove the portlet from the layout ?

Weird I tried again on a test box the addon uninstall and it didn't exhibit the same problem.
