Button not visible with Material Design theme #28

Could you please add support for Material Design theme? Screenshot: download

(there is no button after the username)

NodeBB v1.4.0 , Material Design v2.9.7 and ignore users v1.1.15.

Currently we do not have support for Material Theme.

Will have a look and try to include support for it this week.

Even though the goal for the next iteration is to build an administration page for the plugin and let the admin configure where the ignore button should be displayed by specifying a css selector.

Will reply on this issue when the support for Material theme is included, the post on nodebb community about the plugin will be update too.

The version will be bumped in order to provide a way to update the plugin for you.

@DirolGaming sorry but life got into the mid of this.

I've been able to get it parcially done, but i need to complete it and test it before releasing.

Material support was not planned so it might take a few days till i get the time to finish it.

If you want to submit a pull request for it, it its greatly appreciated.
