- db: more sources of shadowland toys (still looking for Gorm in a Bag)
- db: added Ethereal Portal & Dark Portal of TCG
- i18n: replaced some localized strings with ingame source
- dont show "Hidden" in filter menu if you haven't hidden any toy
- fix for SecureHandler Error
- fix for full Macro Error (#23)
