Whole App Needs Major Update #1018

Anyone know or can the dev tell us when the next update is coming, the entire eve map has changed since Pochven and needs updating, plus new WH sigs such as trig systems etc. I know its free and super duper appreciative but we need to consider whether to switch to different tool or wait. Happy to wait if indeed there will be an update so can the dev let us know if this has been abandoned? @exodus4d

Exodus4d popped into slack in october of 2020 to say he was working on a major update, that would see a re-write of the front end away from requireJS, but no news since.

If you are self-hosting your own PF instance, there are some solutions such as this one to update the universe DB for Pochven.

Thanks, fingers crossed that update is in the works and the project hasnt been abandoned

The beauty of open source is the ability to take on abandoned projects and make them better. Not all hope is lost, it is still a very useful tool.
