[Enhancement] Granular Notification options -> Messaging integrations #825

Apologies if I have missed where to configure this if it exists. Thank you for developing this fantastic tool!

Summary

When using a discord integration to post events, every single event gets posted to the channel. In some cases this is desirable, but in other cases it is preferable to trim the type of events that generate notifications. to reduce message fatigue and only relay desired events.

Use Case

My group want's to be notified when users find new wormholes and connections. We do not need to be notified when signature details change, or when the name of the discord bot changes.

Request

Allow map configurable settings for events that should be sent as notifications as toggle-able options.

Workaround

Our current workaround is using 'Rally Point' in an unintended way. As users find new wormholes, they set it as a rally point so that only a single message is generated.

Thanks for your request. Until this gets added, have your checked if there are other "Bots" available for Discord, that can be used to filter (censor) unwanted messages posted by Pathfinder? E.g.:
