Just added the command that I needed to launch in order to have the timer running

$ systemctl list-timers
NEXT                         LEFT          LAST                         PASSED       UNIT                               ACTIVATES
Sat 2020-04-11 12:01:00 UTC  19h left      n/a                          n/a          restart.websocket.pathfinder.timer restart.websocket.pathfinder.service
