Landing page #19

This PR proposes adding a landing page to exokit-web that loads sites from the sidebar into the engine, gives the ability to manipulate the sites, and gives information / links to learn more about the Exokit Engine.

To-do:

[x] Get transformControl working reliably (working for cubeMeshes, but need to attach to xrIframes), #9
[x] Add ~10 example sites
[x] Touch up landing copy
[x] Touch up landing style
[ ] Add and test XR enter button on all XR devices

We should also add an XR entry button and test that the different devices work correctly.

We also might as well bring in https://github.com/exokitxr/exokit-web/pull/15 to this. I'll test.

Merged in #15, so this needs a rebase.

I did some major refactoring on this. It's ok for an initial version to continue working on.
