Partial fix for Janus Web. Still:

[ ] 404 error rendered due to double-proxying
[ ] Projection matrix not accurate -- most likely the same FOV/eye offset problem as A-Blast

We should be able to merge this one once a basic JanusWeb is loading into Exokit Web; it's ok if there's subsequent bugs to fix.

I think this is desynchronized in the frame rendering -- the JanusWeb case submits stale frames that lag behind the main loop.
