Quickstart guide for Emukit #33

There are three segments of users to write quickstart guides for:

Quickstart: -For the developer :white_check_mark: -For the non-dev :white_check_mark: -For the emukitter

Looking for a quickstart guide to get users using Emukit.

Change flow for Quickstart:

for user -> install exokit -> use reality tabs / use apps (like emukit)
for dev -> clone exokit -> see how to contribute

In the perfect world I think Emukit's quick-start would be best suited to its own landing page site. But until that site is created we can deff host on here. Just wanted to mention that as a final goal for this.
