Fix: Search KO chat app - EXO-65937 #652

Before this change, when the open chat app filters the contact list by a contact type and term to search, then closes this browser tab and finally reopens the filter option by type, results related to the previously searched item are displayed. To fix this problem, when opening the chat application, overwritten the term filter value in the web storage. After this change, the contact list is displayed correctly.
