fix: edit chat messages in the default message composer - EXO-65075 #671

This improvement consists of changing the way chat messages are edited to use the default chat message composer instead of the popup. This will let the smileys, mentioning and other functionalities available for message edition. Besides, it improves the UX by disabling sending messages when hitting Enter character after mentioning a user. Also CSS rules were updated for the message composer to show the bottom border of the box with increasing its height.
