new argument --custom_batch-size allow user to change the amount of items sent trough each transaction
new argument --ntfy allow user to specify a ntfy.sh topic to be notified with
new argument -na allow user to specify hours at which he will received stats notifications

Tested & approved on all features: notification (v1), custom batch size at launch, source_type to news/social media instead of model predicting the type of content.
