Each time a new entity mod.ent is made and loaded by the Entity Mods Editor in a custom injection file, it can duplicate existing entries and seldom causing graphical glitches.
How can this bug be reproduced?
Create new entity mod.ent and save into new injection .dat.
Open Entity Mods Editor to confirm the entity mod.
Make a second entity mod.ent in relevant folder.
Reload injection .dat file for Entity Mods Editor to register second entity mod.ent and save it.
