Add special commands and config values to reflection

To get an overview about all the different debug commands as well as config values, it would be handy to add them to the reflection window list, example:

For debug I though about commands which help debugging the game like

• r_show_map_info [0/1]
• debug_mission_flow [0/1]
• r_debug_rendering [vrs / occlusion / none]
• r_show_lua_names [0/1]
• activate_mission_flow [logic/weather/acid_rain.logic]
• r_show_entity_blueprints [0/1]
• etc etc

For config stuff more about stuff where you can edit game settings like

• set task_scheduler_thread_count "X"
• set resource_manager_thread_count "2"
• set skip_startup_logos "1"
• bind h "toggle cheat_hud_visible 0 1"
• r_anti_aliasing [txaa / smaa / none]
• r_cas [cas / none]
• set r_disable_fog 1
• etc etc

So that we can take a look at both lists and see what could be useful
