To expand the model editor capabilities, add a new side tab which lists all available animations.
Maybe have some sort of sorting system like, buildings, items or maybe sort by simple, advanced etc.
But the basic functionality should be the name of the animation and what entity is currently using it.
And when you select it, it plays that building/item/etc. animation so you can see it.
