Change comment text scale input #419

The current text scale input with a slider has to be a meme. The slider does not feel right. grafik

Add the normal fonz size select drop down menu. Size 6,8,10,11,12,14,16 etc. And a way to manually enter the size.

Its just a 'temp' way to increase font scale. Right now until dynamic font atlas updating is introduced font sizes are 'baked' at editor launch time.
